We stand behind the workmanship and quality of each puzzle board. However, if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment immediately.

Damaged or Defective Items We take pride in our quality. If your board arrives damaged or has a workmanship defect, please contact us immediately so we can send a free replacement.

Shipping Costs You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item was defective).
